Product Description:
High capacity styrofoam hot melting production line is a machine to reduce the size of expanded polystyrene foam and expanded polypropylene foam for easier transportation. It is also known as EPS melter and EPS hot melter. It is widely used in sea food processing plant, electronic factories, white goods and black goods stores, and the supermarkets. Polystyrene compactor makes it profitable for municipalities and businesses to recycle EPS.

Working principle:
The four shaft crushing blades are two parallel blades shaft with different rotating direction, each blade shaft has 18 blades and driven by the gear box to crush material that will be conveyed to the barrel through the screen. The material will be sent by the high speed rotary screw to the heating barrel. Then they will be melted under high temperature extruded to expected shapes.
The tilted feeding hopper is easy to put the EPS material in, and the material won’t be pushed out during the crushing process. The EPS hot melting machine use twin shaft crushing blades, two parallel blade shafts symmetrically fixed with blade, the blade on the two blade shafts is dislocation arrangement, and the blade of each shaft is evenly arranged in the axis of the knife with arithmetic point of view in the same direction. The first blade and the last blade of each shaft has a 90°angle.
